Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from your account (Cancel subscription). You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Money-back guarantee

If AceTheScreen Pro isn’t right for you, email support@acethescreen.com within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not normally refundable, but if you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we’ll do our best to help.

Not covered

• Costs charged by third parties such as OpenAI API usage.
• Accounts suspended for breaching the Terms of Service.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
